Great news/Dangerous News

Great News: I went rollerblading for the first time in 6-8 months. It was completely exhilarating and relaxing and I had no problems. It was as if I hadn't ever stopped doing it because of all the back et al problems. I've missed it so much.

Dangerous News: Which is great, because I was so pissed off by a situation at work that I took out my helmet and arm guards to put on, then went out rollerblading without them and never even realized. I got home, started to take off my skates, and noticed that they were still lying in the foyer. D'oh! That would have been a really bad spill if I'd had any problems.
