We're interested in a Sonic Blue Ford Focus SEL, and one of the local dealers finally had listed almost the exact car we wanted.

Since we didn't feel like haggling on the phone or in person, I sent them an email for an Internet quote to be sent to me. Roughly 5 minutes later I get a call from a salesperson who hadn't bothered to read the email. Two minutes after finishing with that, I get a call from a different guy at the dealership who hadn't read the email.

*bangs their heads on the desk* Isn't the point of emailing them what I want supposed to make the process easier? Gah.
