1) Stop making double batches of sugar cookies
2) Get a second mixing bowl for my Kitchen Aid Artisan and just make them two in a row
3) Get the next size up Kitchen Aid
1 is a much cheaper option. I might have to consider it.
Other things to consider:
Stop leaving the butter out too damn long. While it creams really well, it means I have to then spend time chilling my dough so it doesn't stick to everything.
Don't buy eggs at Lucky again. Despite checking them in the store, I just had to throw out half the package for being partially cracked open. Waste of money!
