Saw Neighbors from Hell yesterday. It was more Animated Series from Hell than anything else. Yuck.

Got more pictures up. My main video game & anime resources are no longer here (boo!) so anything tagged anime or video game, I have no clue what it is. Help desdenova! Help broken_klaive!

Having lots of fun. Sat in on a live reading of JMS's Wonder Woman # 601. Skipped out entirely on Geoff Johns. Saw the new Batman animated - pretty good. It's got NPH as Nightwing! It's nice to see a newer storyline being used for the classics; as well as the background trappings (such as Superboy Prime's punch to his prison being the reason for world changing storylines & characters - I kid you not) being simplified.

Hard to believe tomorrow is the last day. Still need to deal with the 100+ pictures I already shot today, plus the new ones I'll probably take at Masquerade.

7 talons or Rake your talons?

I know two of the anime. The blond guy in the long red coat and yellow specs is Vash the Stampede from Trigun, and the pink-haired chick with the bass guitar and the robot is Haruhara Haruko and the robot Canti from FLCL.

I'll check out the video games next.

OK--of the video games, at least one is mistagged. The one you have marked as "Mecha4" is War Machine from Iron Man 2. (I'm a bit surprised you didn't recognize it, but then, you're more DC, right?)

"ElfAndBlueGirl" is Link and...I'm guessing Midna, from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.

And the last one, in the cape, I wouldn't be surprised if he was from Star Wars. That looks like a lightsaber at his side. But I don't recognize him in specific.

Nice pictures, by the way.

Thanks for all the help (and compliments on the pictures).

You're right, that's War Machine. Stare at too many costumes, they start to all blur to you...

[And I read more Marvel than DC these days. It goes back and forth. The only War Machine I see is in the movies, though, as I'm not a big Iron Man fan for the comics.]

G4s been doing that for years. I get the impression it's quite successful for them. They do a similar thing for E3.

Do not underestimate the draw of cosplay "porn".

Velocity was a fairly obscure Image Comics character. She was part of something called CyberForce. I can't imagine someone would want to Cosplay her. Then again, I can't believe I recognized her.

The image you labelled "Anime3" (the pale blonde in the lavender gown) is Princess Nualla from Hellboy 2.

My favorites were teh Steampunk Batman annd Ivy, the Mario characters, and Lockheed!

Lockheed was awesome, wasn't he?

And thanks for the help!
