BioThis is Hawk's Journal. Hawk writes about parts of her life. If you don't know Hawk, you'll probably find it all very boring.
If you do know (or even if you don't) a few things:
A) You can call me Hawk, merhawk, hey you, or bitch. I don't care. However, my husband is known as BF. Always. Forever. (Or at least until he gets his own journal). He doesn't want his name out there. He doesn't want too personal of details of him out there. Respect that. If you don't, your post will be deleted and you will possibly be banned. And mocked.
B) Yes, I am married. No, BF does not stand for boyfriend. No, I won't tell you what it stands for. Yes, that does include you.
C) I hate the phrase "friends list". It's not a friends list. It's a reading list. I read people who are my friends, and I also don't "friend" some of my friends. It just depends upon what I want to read. Don't read any worthiness or unworthiness issues into it if I don't "friend" you back or if I happen to "unfriend" you. Feel free to "friend" or "unfriend" me at your whims.
D) If you think you know me, you probably do. I've been around since the age of dinosaurs... or, at least, since before the age of eternal September on Usenet.
E) I'm a cranky assed bitch. Don't bother reading if that offends you. Disagreements and debates in my journal are fine (hell, they're fun!). However, there better be reasoned arguments behind the debates or I'll get even crankier than usual.
F) My day job is "Mercenary Librarian" (as BF is fond of saying). Yes, I'm very good at finding things. No, I will not do it for you. Yes, that does include you.
G) My evenings used to be taken up with writing, both as a comics contributer for Some Fantastic & for my D&D group. Then my sanity rebelled, and I stopped. I've also written other things, both professional and not.
